On the fourth and the lowest level of the estate is set a unique bedroom for two, among luxurious flowers and fruit trees with fish-ponds and fountains. The architecture is that of a rural rice-barn with thatched roof. It has an air-conditioned bedroom with modern amenities. Twin beds are on the first floor, provided also with a fan and a mosquito curtain making it a very intimate place to enjoy the rural and rustic atmosphere.
The deck on the same floor gives a relaxing view of the river with shady trees on both the banks. A small boat for two can give an intimate ride in the river under the trees.
On the ground floor of the cottage is the toilet, washbasin, wardrobe, shower, the exercise facility and the portable massage table. A badminton court is also laid out, next to a hammock for two, swaying gently in the breeze between the two tall trees.
